About FearlessGrad

Built by Ivy League PhDs.

Founded in 2020, Dr. Natalie Morse started FearlessGrad to help more people become wildly confident leaders through their PhD. The PhD opens doors, but only those with real confidence walk through them to create the lives of their dreams.

Natalie earned her PhD in environmental engineering from Cornell University, where she was incredibly successful in securing fellowships and a prestigious NSF award to research microbial metagenomics and nutrient cycling in Australia. She lives in Greenville, South Carolina with her husband and three children.

What we believe and support.

  • A fearlessgrad is someone who chooses to go to graduate school on their terms.
  • They know why the PhD serves their life goals and are willing to commit 100%.
  • A fearlessgrad knows they bring value to the university, not the other way around.
  • They know they are capable of changing the world and can't wait to learn and grow during their PhD to become leaders.
