Meet Kelsey

Hi! I'm Kelsey, I am a PhD student in Anthropology at the University of Colorado Boulder. My research explores the intersections of medical and environmental anthropology by examining violence against women’s bodies and territories in post-genocide Guatemala. Before beginning my PhD, I served in the Peace Corps and worked in research at the Brown School of Public Health. Being part of the Fearless Grad program was an incredible experience, offering me a supportive community of people doing big things in their fields. I am excited to help aspiring PhD students as they refine their research interests and confidently navigate the application process. In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, and exploring new areas around Colorado! I am a stereotypically curious and adventurous Sagittarius, I love traveling and meeting new people.

What do financial consultants do?

Financial consultants provide financial advice and guidance to individuals and families. They can help you develop a financial plan, choose investments, save for retirement, and protect your assets.

How do I choose a financial consultant?

When choosing a financial consultant, it is important to consider their experience, qualifications, and fees. You should also make sure that you feel comfortable working with them and that they understand your financial needs and goals.

What is the difference between a financial consultant and a financial planner?

Financial consultants and financial planners are both financial professionals who can help you manage your finances. However, there is a key difference between the two.
